How It Works
Choose a package
Go to blackhawke.io/purchase and choose the assessment package that’s right for you. You’ll then enter contact info for each team member you wish to assess.
Send Invitations
Blackhawke will then send each team member an invitation with their unique code and instructions to complete the 20-minute EVP assessment at their convenience.
Receive Reports
Once each team member has completed the EVP, a customized report will be emailed to the team member.
Review with a Blackhawke Scientist
You have the option to meet with a Blackhawke scientist to review and interpret your reports or receive comprehensive guidance in the evaluation and recommended action the team.
